Added the Dolphie Family and updated evolution images for Snowcub and Ringtail. The database now lists 66 families and 240 forms. Skill values, evolution requirements, localized names and ratings without evidence remain unconfirmed.

Re-evaluating the overall Tatari Tier using the latest domestic and international information

- Added a tier chart with images that shows the overall tier conclusion.
- The evaluation of individual modes such as Zombie Rush has not been changed this time.
